The bungalow has:

 

-      1 Bedroom with double bed

-      1 Bedroom with bunk bed

-      1 Kitchenette with crockery / dining room with a little sofa

-      1 Bathroom with warm shower

-      1 rectangular terrace

 

Weekly rate for 4   persons is € 690,00*

 

 

The price includes:

 

-      Gas, water, electricity

-      Parking for 1 car

-      WI-FI

-      Final tidying (except the kitchenette)

 

The price does not include:

 

-      Rental of bed sheets or towels at the following prices:

€ 3.00 (Towels)

€ 5.00 (Bed sheets)

€ 7.00 (Bed sheets and towels)

Above rate has to be considered per person per change

 

-      Air conditioning, against inquiry, at € 84.00, weekly rate or € 12.00 per day.

 

-      Deposit of 200,00 € in cash as security deposit (300,00 € if you have some pets previously agreed with the Management).The security deposit will be given back on the date of the departure after having checked the bungalow.
